Academy of Future Coaches
COLLEGIATE SENIORS & RECENT GRADUATES SUMMER 2026 The Academy of Future Coaches is designed for current seniors and recently graduated student-athletes interested in pursuing a career in collegiate coaching.
The CRCA Sustainability Committee is highly engaged and one of the most pro-active committees within the CRCA. We work to protect the rowing programs currently in the NCAA, plus we focus our efforts to grow the total number of Rowing Programs across the country. When your program faces a potential a threat of being eliminated, or for programs that have been cut, the Sustainability Committee is here, ready to help keep your program alive and get it to thrive.
The Committee also continually evaluates all of our current programs, and provides a toolkit that can be utilized for future needs and to help coaches grow awareness of their program status.
