3. Awards Committee –
   1. AOTY / AA  Application – 2k score will be a required field for submission
      1. Also use checkbox for AOTY nominee
4. Polling – moved up the preseason poll – published it the 16. First regular season poll is Mar 16th. 
   1. A few programs are upset because we excluded 2 teams from Division 3 poll, b/c they were not members. Noel reached out- is very upset about the idea that
   2. Derek will respond- our stance is our stance – 
   3. Sheila will email the NCAA committee chairs to remind them of the new format for polling (as a value for its membership) and let them know not everyone is included.
5. Edited Job Description from Sustainability Committee provided to board.
